How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend reserving at least 48 hours ahead, and earlier for weddings, holidays, and peak event weekends. Same-day requests are welcome and accommodated whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available.
How are rates determined?+
Rates depend on the vehicle, duration, and itinerary. Please contact us for a tailored quote — we will confirm everything in writing before your ride.
What is included in the rate?+
A professionally trained chauffeur, a meticulously maintained vehicle, bottled water, and complimentary wait time for airport pickups.
Do you monitor flights?+
Yes. We track your flight in real time and adjust pickup for early arrivals or delays, so your chauffeur is always waiting when you land.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made well ahead of your scheduled pickup are handled without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, which we will always communicate clearly at the time of booking.
Which vehicles do you offer?+
Our fleet features the Lincoln Nautilus (seats 2–3) and the Lincoln Navigator (seats 4–6), or similar luxury sedans and SUVs.
What areas do you serve?+
We are based in Calgary, AB and serve the greater Calgary area, the airport, and long-distance destinations across Alberta by arrangement.
